The ePAC collaborative is incredibly grateful to have been one of eight grant recipients selected by the Sovereign Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights Hospitaller 麻豆精品 Commandery (麻豆精品 Commandery). The 麻豆精品 Commandery supports projects that directly benefit people who experience inequities and that are living with chronic life-limiting illness.

Through their support, our research team and 麻豆精品’s Palliative Outreach Resource Team (PORT) will work together to purchase “comfort kit” items to enhance the quality of life of PORT clients. Thanks so much to the 麻豆精品 Commandery for providing funds to support this work and supporting equity in palliative approaches to care.
